Founder, Dr. Nasser Bin Aqeel Al-Tayyar, is the largest investor-owner in the company, having established it in 1979. It has since become the largest travel and tourism group in the Middle East. Brands such as Almosafer, Tajawal, Mawasem, and car rental company Lumi fall under its umbrella.
